Going to sell my baby
But I need to move away from the highest crime rate neighborhood in San Francisco, so I'll have to sell my loved one to do so.
Its at 55K miles, and the maintenance light is on. I found this page http://www.photoslave.com/journal/auto/s2000_maint.html
that lists what kind of maintenance should be done.
I changed the air filter, the oil, and checked the spark plugs with the help of a friend who works on his own car (but not honda) about 2K miles ago. I downloaded the pdf repair manual & wnat to try to figure out what I can maybe do myself rather than paying the Honda Dealership $600 for.
MOst of the things listed there dont SOUND difficult, but doing them could be a challenge.
Any suggestions on the easier stuff that I may be able to do?
Engine Oil Changes - done
Air Filter - done
Spark Plugs - done
PCV Valve
Rear Diff Oil Change
Transmission Oil Change
Brake Fluid Flush
Cooling System Flush
Clutch - Master & Slave cylinders replace
Valve Adjustment
On a side note - is it worth it to get new high performance tires to maybe sell it for more $? I have shitty back tires. New, but shitty.
