Under dash fuse number 9 ties to the Accessory Power Socket relay. If its the fuse it will be 9. 5th fuse down on the left row, it's a 10 Amp.

I assume the rest of the car is working. So that means fuse, wiring, connections, or the socket itself.

If it's not the fuse, you will probably have to remove the glovebox, which actually means removing quite a bit of the interior trim.

Justed checked the Fuse and its good. Should I just replace it just to be sure? How can I check if its the socket? Thanks Big Time Guys!!!
Basically, if it's not the fuse then the only way to check the rest of it is to take apart the interior and inspect everything. The connection, wires, and socket itself are all accessed by removing the glove box.

Have you tried anything other than the cell phone charger? It's always possible the charger is broken and not the socket.

There is a post about this. I had the same problem a while back. Had to remove the bottom panel behind the driver seat. Then a bolt or two on the center console. Reach behind the cigarette lighter socket and tighten the nut on back of the lighter socket. It is kinda loose on my car again but still works.
