ABS light after installing Pinnacle brake system
TurboPwr,
The 2 trips my car has been to a dyno the ABS light has come on after about 15 seconds into tuning the car. The light clears itself after the car is off the Dyno and the ABS unit sees normal front and rear wheel speeds.
Are you sure the ABS light hasn't been on while the car is on the Dyno?
It clears itself after seeing aprox. 5mph from the wheel speed sensors.
It's not unique to the S, many Honda's will store ABS DTC's from driving the on a rack with the wheels elevated.

Nope, never had it come on. I've dynoed on 3 different trips. Once bone stock. Once after a few mods, and the last when I did the ITBs. I assume the last one is due to the AEM EMS? But the first time was a factory ECU, and the second was with a Mugen now that I think about it.
The ABS control unit is attached to the modulator, it's a seperate unit from the PCM. The EMS or Mugen PCM should have nothing to do with the ABS system.
I've dyno'd my car twice, Stock, and tuning the emanage. Both times on a Dynojet inertia dyno. On both occasions the ABS light came on the 1st run.
Does the ABS light come on with the key on?
