One new tire and one worn tire will have the same affect as low psi in one tire.

Tire size, brand, wear, and pressure need to match. Do not ever use one new tire on the rear of the car, unless the other is close to brand new. The tread needs to measure the same depth.

 

I have this same problem. I had a low passenger rear tire. Got it fixed. And now have equal tire pressure all around. The car still has this issue. Could it be caused by a bad alignment?

 

I was hoping to find some answers by reading this thread, but unfortunately no luck for me! While I have experienced this pulling with my S2000 (noticed it after one day or so) a nail in the rear tire was the problem.

HOWEVER, I have this same problem with my '92 Integra GS-R. It pulls under acceleration to the right and pulls to the left when coasting in gear. I have this problem regardless of which set of tires are on the car (I have 2 sets). Could this be an alignment issue? I have no adverse tire wear and didn't see how this could be from a misalignment.

 

Ok. Problem solved. It was the tires. The car has oem tires but the previous owner over inflated the left tire resulting in a lot of wear in the center tread. This probably caused at least a .25 inch OD difference between the left and right tire! Now I have to drive with the left tire at 38 psi and the right at 25 psi to cancel out the difference! Man these cars are sensitive! Can't wait to get the whole susp/wheel/tire combo overhauled!
