Timing is where the big power is made, yes. You will not need larger injectors or an FPR with your projected mods. My duty cycle at WOT before ITB's peaked at 62%. The stock injectors are 320cc/min, so they're plenty enough for an N/A build until you go with ITB's or stroker kit. The stock fuel pressure regulator is set to 47 psi, so that's also plenty. I say go ahead and do you build, and finish off with a good AEM tune. You should be in the high 220's at the rear with those mods you mentioned.

Is there anyway to up the HP below 6000RPMS. From looking at your Dyno you have a nice flat Torque line you gained a lot of torque down low is it possible to get more HP down low without upping the Displacement or FI? I know Torque make HP that is why I am asking.

HP and torque are related, as torque= horsepower/rpm*5252, or horsepower = torque*rpm/5252.
Lowering VTEC via AEM, Emanage, or VAFC to around 5700 will help make power below 6000. Tuning your A/F ratio's to optimum will help everywhere in the powerband, and any header that has long primaries is going to help produce midrange power. Gears will help, as they reduce the parasitic drivetrain loss by making it easier for the engine to turn the tires...ITB's work great for making power below 6000 , but are out of most people's budget...

Yes gears will be a definate for me but only 44.4 because I am very serious about turbocharing. The reason I was asking about the HP below 6K is because I see you have about nearly 100RWT starting at about 2500 rpms you have more torque than horsepower. I was wonder if there was a way to add hp that low in the powerband. I am looking for similar numbers to yours but I would like to achieve more HP in my lower RPMS. Seems like your midrange is really good. But that is what I meant by before 6K i should have been more clear. thanks for all the info

I plan to get the J's CAI and combine it with AEM EMS. I know my F20c2 engine is not available at the U.S. but I think it's close to '03 models.
Has anyone tried this combo? Any gains? Impressions?
Thanks in advance
