AEM / Injen CAI and Neuspeed STB - will it work?

AEM / Injen CAI and Neuspeed STB - will it work?
I've searched and not come up with a definitive answer. I've got the Neuspeed STB and am thinking of CAI - will one of these work? If not how much clearance is it off by? Enought to just stick a washer or two under the Neuspeed - or is that not an option.
