I helped a friend install a used Comptech Ice Box (we think from an 02) on his 06. The installation was rather simple. The hole used for what should be the secondary air injection is used for the sensor (I guess it is the ITS). We fastened the sensor to the intake tube with a hose clamp. Not the prettiest solution, but very simple.

I imagine the V2 would be identical retrofit.

I don't think the retrofit would be identical, because the AEM intake piping for the MY06 is longer than the PY intake piping.

PY intake piping?

My original thoughts were that the drive by wire "stuff" would make the throttle body longer so we would have had to cut the intake tubing. But to my surprise, we didn't have to do ANY cutting for the Comptech!

Interesting though... I am amazed that no one has tried to do this yet though. I can't tell you how easy the retrofit was for the Comptech version!

The throttle body on the MY06 is "shorter" than the throttle body on PYs. So, the intake piping going to the throttle body needs to be a little bit longer for an MY06.
