I just installed my v2 today and yes i do have that humming sound. its weird i never heard that before. and i have put intakes on my other cars and it never humed like that. does yours go away when reved mind does. i'm gonna check it out tommorrow.

 

yep the sound is normal.. mine actually went away... after i got a test pipe and exhaust well more like it got drowned out.. lol

 

I love that sound, just goes with having a free flowing open filter styled intake.
