oem spec is 0.5 front 1.5 rear. if you realyl want 0 (i would not recommend it) you'd have to raise your car. i'm lowered an inch and a half in the rear and the best my alignment guy can do is 1.7 degrees, so i just put it at 2
look for stock alignment setting in the back of your manual....as far as camber adjustment it is directly affected by lowering...the lower the car the more negative camber you have to give the car...mine is lowered an inch on tein flex coilover s and i have -1.5 in the rear and -.5 in the front....i've see a pic of a guy on here running -3 in the rear so yes it is possible (not sure what he did in order to obtain such camber but it's most likely gotta be slammed)...do a search on it plenty of stuff'll come up
