All you need to know to install an AEM CAI
This link helped me take off the front bumper (thanks to rick's)
Rick's bumper removal
this link was a good general how-to
How-to
and this link clears up any confusion as to what hose goes where
Vacuum hoses
thanks to those three links and the instructions i got the job done in about 3 and a half hours. i HIGHLY recommend taking off the front bumper. it makes orienting the business end of the intake much easier.
don't bother draining the coolant. all i did was pull off the end of the hose that was nearer the passenger side, stick the AEM hose on there and point the hose up so no more leaked out, and then pulled the one on the drivers side and stuck the other end of the AEM hose on there. put a rag under each end when you do this and there will be no mess at all. make sure you have those hose clamps on that hose before you put it on there though!
hope those links help you as much as they helped me!
