Did you try uninstalling the Karcepts tune to see if it still does it?

Negative. I'll add this to the list to check. Their stuff should only effect open loop though really.

If you think your car is running really rich based on that O2B1 % reading then wouldn't it be best to install an AEM wideband just to see what the AFR reading really is while idling, cruising and WOT?
How many vacuum leaks could there possibly be? Could an injector or two need sonic cleaning?
That's a little rich for my blood right now (HA!)....i'd need a new header or bung welded on + 150-200 bucks for the sensor....good in theory but I don't think I'm going to go through that unless I do a standalone.

Guys that are a little more versed in narrowband O2 sensors, check out that graph and the data. There seems to be some funky stuff going on with low voltage. I'm surprised it hasn't throw a code TBH.

I hear you dude! I really want an AFR and a gauge pod too AND an oil pressure gauge for the other hole in the pod but that will be $$$... sigh. I'll get an AFR soon though. Hope you can too
I'm keen to see what guys well versed in narrow band O2's can tell us about that graph/data too.

try setting the WOT TPS load to 4.5V and see if that helps after doing idle relearn. I did this and it helped a bit.

O2 sensor did nothing of note.....guess I'll try adjusting the TPS and uninstalling the Greddy Emanage.

Updated OP with new stuff.....motivated to fix this. She had another stalling fit last night for a few times.

Doesn't help that the starter likes to grind upon the first crank attempt as well. Sometimes it takes a second to restart.....thanks AP1.

Time to pull the starter out, strip it, clean it up and grease the main bearing in particular good. While you're in there you should replace the brushes too.

Tried physically replacing the IACV and injectors. Still high fuel trims at idle.....guess it's time to start looking at fuel pump/regulator. This is getting obnoxious guys.
