i know the K series engines (especailly the K24 frankensteins) have been putting out incredible amounts of power....it has actually crossed my mind to drop a K24 into the S

The blocks are quite similar, except for motor mount locations. This alone would make putting a K in a S2k quite difficult.

Both the F20C and K series use a 1 piece main cap/girdle, similar oil pump drives and oiling system layout. Cam drives are totally different.

There are some folks destroking K24's with K20, and F22 cranks, as well as stroking F20C's with K24 cranks.
