Default Another vtec issue

Hey guys so ive been searching and found a lot of v tec issues but not one quite like mine. My issue is that my v tec is not hitting as hard or at all, before when you get on it you really hear it cross over like day and night. Now it sounds like a regular motor that is reving high. Its a 2001 124xxx miles, the mods ive done are cai, comptrch exhaust, ividia tp with cell fix, and solid motor mounts. I did a valve adjustment and changed spark plugs with oem plugs. Cleaned v tec screen(even though it was clean) Did an oil change 5w30 mobil 1, before i used to use 10w30 but i read that 5w30 would help the head get oil when its cold but looking back i never had a problem with the 10w30so i may switch back. I have used my power probe to test the v tec solinoid and i can hear it click when i give it power, also i checked the resistance and its within spec. Also checked the resistance for the oil press sensor and its also in in spec. I read somewhere that billman said dirty airfilters could cause it so i cleaned my k and n and re oiled it , also did a map whack. The next thing on my list is check the oil pressure, hopefully its good because if its not the only thing i can think of would be oil pump...any advice would be great thanks!

vtec is all oil pressure related. If for some reason you have low oil pressure, be it from a failing pump or low oil by volume you won't get vtec.

yeah i just did the oil change not too long ago and the level is still good, so i know its not because of volume. any other guesses?anyone?

just to update i took out the oil pressure sensor connector and it was leaking oil through the actual sensor, i swapped it out and v tec is back!
