lowering changes where the wear spot is located compared to stock ride height.
And lowering makes it longer = more wear.
Lowering, from the CV bucket's point of view is like raising the car, that's why on the lowered car the axle is pointed upwards with a bigger (is it a bigger or a wider angle..? oh well) angle.
The movement changes as the angles change.
