Yea, someone has to be first haha. Again, very odd situation. Impeller was fine, pump wouldn't spin freely by hand. But undoubtedly it was free spinning under higher rpms, leading to air in the system and over heating. Sucks it took this long to figure it out. And a few hundred dollars. But, no signs pointed to it so I don't fault myself. Just glad it's finally over with
