I am also not sure of the amount of vacuum that would be pulled routed to the exhaust vs the intake. And since exhaust is actually more a series of pulses, not sure if you end up at times creating back pressure in the can vs pulling fumes out.

Yeah the mufflers are the only thing I could think of potentially being negatively impacted, especially since Im still running the restrictive stock cat back/mufflers. And yeah I doubt the vacuum would be nearly as high (low) as the intake manifold, but I don't have any vacuum when venting to atmosphere so there's that . I have the same concern of the exhaust pressurizing the breather lines, that's why I mentioned the check valve just to be safe but I have no idea what pressure is in the exhaust vs what pressure normally comes out of the PCV system.

Ive only been turbo'd for ~1000 miles and nothing has drained out of my catch can the couple times I checked it so I dont think oil in the exhaust would be an issue, but its hard to say. All I know is the fumes are pretty bad and I don't want to recirculate back into the intake/turbo.

I also thought about just running a long AN line all the way to the back of the car and letting it vent to atmosphere back there to see if that helps. Im not sure if the fumes are getting into the HVAC system somehow or if the wind is just blowing it from the front of the car rearward and the cabin just happens to catch some of it. Being as I can smell it with the windows/top up, im guessing its the former. So just moving the vent to the rear of the car may help?
