a bit of oil on the valve cover
Yesteday I notice oil in the middle of the valve cover, around the small plastic elbow which is located on the middle of the valve cover, the dipstick was poped out too. I saw this after
In this picture between the dipstick and oil cap the is a hole where the plastic elbow is connected to the valve cover.
I checked my oil level and it is above the higher mack in cold. No oil comsuption after 500 km of really hard driving on twisted roads. Currently the car is stock with AEM cai and J' Header.
Thanks

Dipstick popping is normal, especially with spirited driving. Wipe the o-rings on the dipstick nice and clean before putting it back in. Then pull it out just a bit and wipe it again. As for the leak, probably nothing major, maybe just a new rubber seal for the cover to tighten up the fit, mine is quite snug.

That plastic elbow is your Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve. Pull it out and clean that area. Also, check to make sure the PCV makes a slight ticking sound when you shake it. If it doesn't, then the little valve may be stuck and this may be contributing to some oil seeping past the rubber grommet due to the inability to vent pressure.
A dipstick that pops up, although some have reported this, is NOT normal. This is caused by the pressure under the valve cover and in the crankcase. Some have reported being able to fix this by replacing the dipstick while others have fixed it by getting a new PCV valve. Still others have reported that they needed a new valve cover as the dipstick hole was slightly too big and a new valve cover was needed to get the new hole surround that was the proper size. In yet other cases, owners have resorted to putting in an oil catch can to resolve the dipstick pop up.

oily pvc valve is normal, when the car is running, put your finger over the pvc valve, the valve should suck in and you should hear a click like viper said.
most of the time, they get grease and all you need to do is clean it with carb cleaner or just replace it.
one more note about the PVC valve, it's a good thing to have catch can for the S.
I picked up some good number of oil(not alot but again, the motor is stock and everything), compression and everything is good
baffled CATCH CAN

Ok, I gotta ask, Xviper, what do you do for a living? I wish I had half your knowledge.
