Sure, just connect it to the battery with alligator clip jumpers or something.

Its not the blower motor. Im pretty sure its the low pressure switch after talking to a couple people. I'm not to sure what this is to be honest, AC isnt my best subject. I understand I can over ride the low pressure switch and was wondering how so I can determine if this is my problem. Thanks a lot for the help!

I'm not sure if the low pressure switch would explain the blower not working. It typically only affects the compressor. Does the blower work on vent/heat?

Nope, but when switched from cold to heat or vice versa I can hear what sounds like an electric motor trying to do something for a good 5 seconds, but the sound isnt coming from the blower

I tried over riding the low pressure switch and nothing happened, just to make sure i did it right im supposed to bridge the connection on the switch itself not the wire? but since that didnt work could it just be the ac controls itself?

You'd want to bridge the connection on the wire/harness/plug. You bypass the switch electrically so it's as if the switch is always "on." Don't run it like that for more than a brief test though. If the low pressure switch is cutting off, it's probably because you have low pressure, and this prevents damage to the compressor.

I'm betting you have a problem with the electronic controls however. But I don't really know anything about that system, so I can't be much more help... (If the low pressure switch was the issue, then the compressor clutch wouldn't engage, but the blower should still run, and vent/heat should work.)

You can also check across the switch with a multimeter in ohm meter mode, and see if it's open or closed.
