Default Blowing Cooling Fan fuse

I have a 2002 Vortec SC s2000, it has a bigger cfm fan, mugen thermostat and switch, modifry temp corrector. I keep blowing the 20 amp fuse for the cooling fan after a short drive. Tonight I checked the ground and connector and have not found anything. Any thoughts? I was leaning towards replacing the relay just because I could not find anything in the wiring that looked bad.

Check to be sure fan spins free (power off). Binding maybe causing excessive current draw.

The flex a lite coooling fan on the passenger side was bad. I ordered the new 111 model and the kit to fix the old one so I have a spare.
