Billman's TCT comes ready to install. I'm guessing the Balade comes with the screw installed so replacement of either is easy.

If you're fixing the OEM TCT, something reputed to not work well, you'll need the screw to replace the TCT. Just take the removed unit to any hardware store and bet the right metric screw. Simple as that. Recall the unit is very slippery and has several parts you don't want to chase all over the store.
