Default rear main seal replacement?

I have started removing parts for a clutch job and was wondering if most replace the rear seal while it's out? I have 67K on the motor and this is my first Honda, do the MY02 K20's have any issues with main seals?

If it isn't leaking, I'd let sleeping dogs lie.
Maybe, check the pilot bearing, to see if it needs to be replaced.

Agreed, don't use one from an auto-parts store, you MUST use the OEM one. It has a metal ring wheras the auto parts store does not. Also it's kind of tricky to install properly, so if it's not leaking, it probably won't.

you have an F20 by the way not a K20 just so you know, or unless you did a swap
