Default Brake Bleeding Sequence for Bottle w/ Check-Valve same as Gravity Bleed?

If I were to get/use a ‘Bleeder Bottle w/ Check Valve’ for my brake bleeds, would the bleeding “Sequence” be the exact same as doing a Gravity Bleed?? (ie: RF > LF > LR > RR).

I’m asking cuz I’m not sure, since I would be pumping/using the MC and brake pedal with the check-valved bottle; unlike in a Gravity Bleed.

I’ve done a gravity bleed on my S2k when I first bought it a few years ago; but, it takes much too long to bleed it thoroughly, even when warm after driving it around for an hour. It took like 3-4 hours to gravity bleed and I just don’t have patience/time for that. The RF flowed decently, but the LF was a bit slower, and the Rears were especially slow at like a few drops per minute.

I used to use those Speedbleeders on my old cars in the ‘90s. But, I’d rather have a more solid, stout, simple oem valve in there nowadays, and just use a bottle with a bleeder on it instead.

Anyone else using something like this…?
