Breaking-in a newly supercharged engine
Let's say that you have an S2K, and you've decided that when it hits 100,000 miles, you're gonna tear the engine apart and replace all the internals.
You replace them with something more durable because you plan on supercharging it. Now the engine is effectively brand new, so it has to be broken in again.
What would be the best way to break it in: 1) supercharging it and then breaking it in or, 2) breaking it in, and then supercharging it?

I broke in my 500whp eg on the dyno. It was a fresh Dart race block with all je internals and then a itr head with full crower internals. Not a km on it, On the dyno it went and simple as pie, We ran it for a few min's up and down with teh revs and then went at it with pump and then race gas. Since then it has been 4 years and NOT 1 issue with the motor and that is after beating on it day after day after day. Now it lives in B.C and the new owner has since re dynoed and still not a issus and its gone 10's since (woo hoo)
Your builder is key as is tuner!
Good luck man!

Don't replace internals and throw on the supercharger and drive it till it dies another 100k later?
