That I believe is the sound of a broken diff ! more than likely to be the output bearings, the bearing caps in the diffs are the weak link in our diffs.
How do I know ? I have the same problem although not as bad as yours. The symptoms I found was vibration from the rear at high speed, then the speed at which the vibration happened was getting lower and lower.
My solution is to get a 2nd hand diff and get my old one rebuilt as a spare
