bypass convertible top switch

i done it at 25 mph. I figured honda would accomodate a 25 mph wind even while operating the top while parked.

There is nothing in the owners manual that says 'do not operate the top if there are 25 mph headwinds' ... 25 was fine for me though.

Just did mine over the weekend. Very easy and simple mod. Longest part for me was removing the panel without breaking any of the clips. After that cutting and taping the wire took about 2 mins.

Be sure to cut the bottom 2nd wire on from the left on the harness. It is black and white, can't miss it.

Never over 20 for me....first gear, out of VTEC is a good reference.

I use that speed sensor wire on my stereo to have volume adjust as I increase speed, is there another location this wire can be cut off to work with this?
