Nearly all cars blow white mist out (fog) out of the AC vents at times. It is a humidity issue.

 

Exactly.
The white mist is due to the ambient humidity and nothing to do with your A/C unit - it's condensation (your own personal "cloud").

 

Thanks for the feedback slipstream & shedrivesit. That was more helpful than what the dealer tried to explain. On the other hand, the whiny noise is still there.

Man, where did you get the clutch? I couldn't find it by itself. "Buy the whole compressor" they said.


The previous owner ran over some crap and it hit the pulley on the compressor. It was making all kinds of noises until I replaced it. Check your comp. pulley.
