Default A/C makes car weak

Okay, at first the car would idle low like 800-900rpm, especially after running it hard like going over 100 and stuff. Also if i rev it slightly like to 2k it would go back to down to around 500 rpm, the car will shake due to the low idle and go back up. I cleaned the MAP sensor with brake cleaner and reset ecu. Car runs much better. Power maybe went down a little bit since, however when I put the A/C on it does the same and runs like doo-doo :/ A/c off its fine. Lemme know what ya'll think! and if its the whole map sensor whack, please explain that in detail, can find good info on it. If there is any past things on this send me links! My s needs help!

has 90k miles
Mods
single custom exhaust
aem cool air intake
buddy club race spec coilovers
stage 2 clutch w/lightweight fly

other after market accessories

Please Help guys, i love my car.

The AC draws power from the engine which is why the car is a little more sluggish when the AC is on (that is why the CR has the AC as an option, along with the increased throttle response from a smaller belt). My car also "shakes" a little more at idle when the AC is on. All of this is normal.

800-900rpm idle is perfect. AC sucks power, no way around it.

Dip to 500 when AC on. Car having problem maintaining idle with the added load.. clean the IAC, and unbolt the throttle body to clean the little channel that supplies air to the MAP.. that is usually the issue, and not the MAP being lose/dirty itself.

MAP wack is literally wacking the top of the map sensor. Then many people add a zip tie to tightly secure it down and to ensure a sound connection. These are bandaids IMO. I believe the reason the MAP wack works sometimes is because it losens deposits in the air channel between the throttle body and intake that supplies air to the MAP. Unbolting the TB and cleaning the channel is a better solution than wacking I believe.

Your engine is having to spin a pressurized pump in short, so its putting a large load on the car. You feel this even more in a 4cyl engine in terms of power draw and vibration.
