I don't have one, and don't plan to get one. I have hydrolocked an engine before, and it happened in a situation that I would never subject my S2000 to.

Don't get a bypass valve! Not only are your chances of getting hydrolocked, slim to nil, the bypass valve actually makes you lose a lot of the horsepower you gained from your CAI. Don't worry about it unless you live in the ocean!
