Default Caliper Rebuild

I'm approaching 60k miles on my S, and I autox it somewhat frequently and am about to start road racing it...I saw that hardtopguy has caliper rebuild kits.

What are your opinions, should I replace the gaskets and seals now...probably getting a little old, or does it not matter?

Only if the seals are melted or the pistons aren't retracting. Most cars in moderate non-road salt environments never need a rebuild.

Ok...I'm getting new lines and fluid, I'll check them when I replace all that, but its good to know that I don't have to worry about it
