I just spoke to Crower about producing cams for the f20.
In order to make this work there will need to be a special intrest. Toda can't give a date for their cams, but Crower will. Also, Crower would offer unlimited spec. grinds for those of us who can tune our air/fuel. =power!! So you know, Crower is selling 40 sets of cams for the b18 each day, with good feedback. Lets do this!!

Who's going to prototype? Having cams made isn't as simple as specifying lift and duration numbers. The F20C uses a totally new valve actuation system (as compared to past DOHC VTEC systems).

Someone needs to experiment with a variety of grinds to see what kinds of maximum lift and duration can be tolerated with the stock valvesprings and to see what sort of opening and closing ramps are needed. That's the only way to get good gains and still maintain factory reliability.

That's probably why Toda is taking a while (they race their parts). If Crower wants to undertake this, i'll be happy to consider their cams, but I'm not going to be the guinea pig.

I second that - eventually I'm going to want a set of cams and I'd certainly consider crower's, but I'm damn well not gunna be the guinea pig either.

By offering custom (unproven) grinds, they again skip the R&D stage. Just like they did with their other VTEC cams when they copied JUN and TODA. Crower does know that S2000 cams are hollow right? they'll probably try and use a solid core.

The way I look at it, TODA will have the best cams since they're taking their time. Their flywheel cameout a few months after the car debuted in Japan and they've been working on the cams for a a bit now.
