Default Can't pinpoint jerky/hesitation feeling in engine

So I've had some jerkiness/hesitation at low rpm's and part throttle for a few weeks now. My car is a 06+ DBW. Here's what I've done so far. I'm not sure what to do next.

1). Removed K&N FIPK for regular cleaning. Cleaned throttle body and MAP sensor. No change in hesitation.

2). Pulled plugs and noticed cylinder 1 spark tube had a lot of oil in it.

3). Pulled valve cover, replaced all gaskets, adjusted exhaust valves, all new plugs, cleaned the coil pack from cylinder 1, and reassembled.

4). Pulled MAP again for another cleaning, and cleaned the port this time. Car drove better when testing that day, but returned to hesitation the next day.

5). Car now idles extremely high (2500+) on cold starts until warm.

I've done tons of searching and don't know what to do next. Replace the MAP? Could it be the coil pack? It sounds similar to the TPS issues non-DBW guys have but I am DBW.

Well I got my answer today. Car started throwing codes on the way home. Went into limp mode and couldn't accelerate past part throttle. P2138 - the accelerator pedal sensor.

However, I called Honda and they are on back order nationwide. I'm not really big on used or aftermarket parts when it comes to electrical sensors. Does anyone have some advice? Should the aftermarket sensor do just fine?

I would buy the new aftermarket sensor and see if it fixes the problem. If it does maybe order the oem part and when that finally arrives replace the aftermarket part? Or just leave it and call it s day. At least it gets the car fixed and would tell you for sure if thats the route of the problem.

Found an OEM sensor in Rhode Island. God bless Majestic Honda. They had one in local warehouse. Apparently one of the last in the country.
