Personally, I think it's because you're not "drifting" hard enough, lol.

You are not spinning the tires or breaking them loose, so when you spin around and don't have the tires spinning forward, your motor gets too much load and "off" it goes.

If it is the electronics shutting it off due to low oil pressure then thats a bad thing I didnt know the engine had that facility, in my opinion rip off all that electronic mumbo jumbo especially if your using it for racing and get a decent programable ecu and plug the lappy into it and record what feedback you get off the sensors when it happends.I have known cars to have this feture but most just shut off the ingnition. Does any1 know how the system works like if it just changes the mapping?

Did we already mention MAP sensor in this thread? Maybe your MAP sensor is loose. Unplug it, plug it back in securely and try again.

You could buy an OBD scan tool / gauge software package that would allow you to log the sensor values duting a recreation of the troublesome situation. This might help troubleshoot the problem.

Is the MAP zip-tied?

Don't sound so reluctant. It's not like we're asking you to replace the connecting rods!
