car slugish to start

Well idk bc the cr starts fine in mornings after it's Bren sitting aroun for 12+hrs it when I drive it and park and turn of the car and restarted after a few minutes of being turn off, bc at work same story get to work park for 8hrs get in and starts fine, it's very odd
