Car Won't Start. Good Power, No clicking.
Please Help: Yesterday, I started my 01-S2000 just like any other day. Stopped to pick up some items...car started perfect. Upon getting to the in-laws to check for Hurricane Irma damage....turned off car and upon returning 2 hours later...I could not get the car started.
Placed key into ignition, all dash lights light up with no issue, key was recognized...but yet once i hit the start button...nothing happened. I checked the battery, battery at 12.70 volts, I did the paper clip bypass to the clutch sensor...and turned over the crank by hand with no issue of it being locked. Still no start. I have tried to see if I can hear the solenoid clicking...no sounds what so ever. I tapped the starter n solenoid gently with a stick...still nothing. I have checked for blow fuses..all good. The only thing I don't know how to test is the starter button. Can someone please chime in and help out?..........Thank you. PS had to tow the car home and its on jack stands as I write.
Note: If I hit the start button, the dash lights will not dim as I try starting.

Why towed? Even your mother-in-law could push start the car!
I'd still have the battery checked. 12.7vDC sounds good but it could just be the surface charge and the battery is really hiding dead underneath.

Thank you all....found the issue. I was bridging the cruise control switch and not the clutch switch......the plastic had broken away and the switching was not making contact.....

Ok, I have the same issue, but crawling under the dash I only noticed the one obvious switch, and it looks okay - there's another one hidden under there?

Disconnect the cruise control switch and the interlock switch is reachable. There's a locking push tab facing you, use a small flathead to pop off the connector.
