Okay, silly question here - are you sure it's the CEL, or is it perhaps just the maint reminder light?

Its the Check Engine Light, not the maint one.

Still have CEL but no codes.. Reset and still comes back. Havent changed anything on the car

Either whatever scan tool you are using can't define the DTC, the PCM is fried, or there is a short to ground between the cluster and the PCM.

Most likely is the scan tool can't communicate correctly.

Well im just going to give up on my mystery CEL. After using various scan tools and a few shops all said my car was fine, I will just live with it and check my car every now and then to make sure nothing is wrong with it.. Thanks for the help everyone...
