Check Engine Light
I agree with Utah s2k about this post. Go to the auto parts store and buy an inexpensive OBDII code reader. Plug it in, get the code, look it up here. Do it right, and stop resetting your ecu.
i think i was right on the lsat re-set after tightening down my gas cap because its been 2 days and the light has not come back on at all.. and i've been doing ALOT more driving this weekend than i do on normal weekday.
i have the same problem and i still couldnt figure out y......
the light suddenly just went on, i didnt do anything to the engine...but i have been stalled my car lately due to the new racing clutch(havent get used to it yet) coudl that be the problem??
but when i turned off the car and put back on, the light off ..after approx 200m its on again....

well i guess i didnt clear it up with tightening the gas cap.. last night (after 4 days) the light came back on. taking it to shop now to see if they can run diagnostics..
