hey good news guys......i followed the vaccum line from intake and found a hose got pulled into belts. I had to glue the plastic piece back on so the vaccum line would fit back on but no more light.

This wouldn't have contributed to the misfire codes. I suspect that those original misfire codes were "temporary" ones, which just happened to disappear when the ECU was reset. They could come back.

The pulled line was the P0411.

I have around 67k and have had the same misfire problems as a lot of people. The dealership blamed it on my VAFC but its still set to factory.

What is the cost of a valve adjustment? What exactly are you looking for in a valve adjustment. I dont' know much about honda engines used to work on my old ford. Big difference. If you buy a fuel injector cleaner do you just put it in with your gas?

ONE MORE THING. I have an air/fuel gauge. The car sputters and wants to die when it dips into the red which is lean. What do you think i should look for with it running lean. I have replaced the spark plugs and replaced the valve gaskets got a small bit of oil in the number 3 plug. Fixed the oil but the light came back on. Do you think I need a valve adjustment.

Sorry, I guess is a broken link that didn't make it from the last site version.

I've put up another one. Give it a try.

And here's another one:

hey guys ...its back again. I knew it was too good to be true, no CEL for a week. Its the misfires.
p301 cly 1
p303 cly 3
p300 random/multiple misfires
and a new one ive never seen
p 1399-Manufacture controlled ignition

i called the dealer i had it at last week but they just said bring it in...but i dont want to spend a few more hundred on nothing. Should i try switching injectors around ..whats the numbering order of the clys. Is the far left one or four? And does anyone know what that 1399 means?

I don't have my book with me, but 1399 refers to a misfire on all cylinders. It may be a temporary code.
