Default cleaning calipers....how to?

i have those bright blue spoon calipers on my car...that now look dark blue/black.

what can i use and how do i go about cleaning them?

i was thinking of spraying brake cleaner on them and then wiping them down, but wasn't sure how harsh ar mild it is....or if it would discolour the calipers outright.

any suggestions?

thanks in advance....

Try getting some wheel cleaner like Meguiars wheel cleaner or P21S and spray heavily and work with wheel brushes and toothbrushes. Becareful when you buy the products, make sure it's safe on clear coated wheels, if your wheels are stock.

I'd be worried about brake cleaner taking off the clear coat. Brake cleaner may work if you take off the wheels.
