If you recently replaced your shocks, might be a good idea to check the torque on the nuts on the top mount. Seen it happen a few times.
In that case, they make a clicking sound echoing through the chassis, a different clicking sound as if it would come from the suspension or drivetrain components (such as from the axle nut)

a bad wheel bearing is the result of axle nuts not being torqued down well. Usually a retorqued axle nut may solve the issue, but if retorquing does no good then your wheel bearings are too far toast, that is why EVERYONE should do this easy mod.
Just re-torqued my axle nuts today. Clicking went away
