Click when braking in reverse
Hey guys. Just noticed this the other day:
When I put the car in reverse or it rolls backwards (like on a decline) and I apply the brakes, there is a distinct click noise. It only makes one click and then stops. If I let off the brakes and roll a little more and then reapply the brakes, it does it again. Any ideas on what could be going on? Car is completely stock in regards to suspension/engine/wheels etc.
Thanks for any help

What you are hearing is called brake pad shift. It is fairly common amongst hondas.Basically the pads are shifting in the caliper from there normal position(in this case down) from the rotor going forward. When you go in reverse and apply the brakes the pad will shift up slighlty making this tapping or clicking sound.Nothing to worry about.
I would also check to see if all the bolts are torqued properly. I had a rather loud click when I reversed and it turned out that I forgot to tighten the bolt that connects the caliper to the hub...I got a little too excited to test the new brakes...
