Default clicking during right turns only

my 00 does a high pitched clicking (not clunking) when i turn right. it clicks more the faster and harder i turn. It also click relative to speed (prob once per wheel revolution). It seems like its coming from the front, cant tell if its from the right or left...

If this was a fwd car, it be related to teh axle but since none in the front what is it....

This ONLY happens when turning, so i assume its front wheel related. Is it a wheel bearing or something?

I posted this question a week ago, got no answers. How would you go about checking for damage? Do you have to pull anything besides the wheel?

I recently started getting clicking in left and right turns when I turn tightly (typically turns at the stop or near the stop) . My car has a little over 44,000 miles on it now. I retorqued the spindle nuts and it seemed to reduce it - but I can still hear some clicking when I turn with the steering wheel locked out in either direction.
I'll likely replace the shafts with beefed up CV shafts when I get my new 4.44 diff. My 4.57 diff is fantastic and I'd keep it if I tracked the car more, but I do a lot of long road trips and the gear whine really gets old after the first 200 miles or so.

wheel bearing is definitely a possibility. it is what caused my right turn clacking noise.

Had the same issue with mine, turned out there was some metal embedded in the outside shoulder of my tire, thus a clicking sound when making right hand turns.
