hey everyone.. i recently had my engine replaced because of a uh.. incident.. its a rebuilt motor with almost all brand new parts.. but from the valves or something i dunno theirs is this clicking sound coming out of it.. they told me they were loose cuz it was a new engine and it would go away when they tightened it.well they told me to test drive it around then come back to get it tightened up, i drove it around and peformance wise everything seems exactly the way it was before, if not better, but after they tightened everything in it still their is a clicking sound comin from it and now they are telling me that the clicking sound will slowly go away as the engine breaks in .. has anyone else expierenced or heard anything like this happening before im just wondering? is it common for that on a rebuilt engine? this was a certified honda mechanic.. the top mechancic in teh shop actually telling me this too..

The F20C has a stange tick noise. Perhaps this is what your hearing? etting the valves loose and then tightening them later seems strange. I thought valves start loose and go tighter with use.
