clock/radio fuse
It's not the clock radio fuse.
IIRC it is the 3rd fuse from the top on right hand side of the fuse box.
I usually pull mine before an autocross and then forget to put it in for a couple of days.
While the fuse is out your car won't "remember" if your fan was off or on when you turned the car off and it seems like it won't remember if your radio was on or off either so that may be where you are getting the radio fuse idea.

I mentioned this in your other thread. The radio has 2 fuses. Neither one of them has anything to do with the ECU. Look at the legend on your kick panel and find the fuse labelled "BACK UP". This is the one you need. Pull it out for about 1/2 minute and the ECU will be reset.
BTW, this and many other useful bits of information is listed in a single thread "FAQs .......................... " at the top of UTH.

Yes, you can, but if you want to mess with tools and having to re-activate your radio with the code, then go ahead. The BACK UP fuse way is the fastest and easiest.
