Clunking/clattering noise in rear
While driving at low speeds around corners I hear a clunking/clattering noise coming from the rear. When it happens the car kind of jerks, and not because I'm a bad driver been driving a standard for 10 years. When I have my foot on off the clutch pedal my transmission makes a clattering noise (possibly bad pilot bearing) when engaged the noise goes away. I also have been noticing my clutch pedal releases abruptly as I let off. It engages smoothly until right at the very end, then jumps at the last second. Kind of like the pedal is sticking. I have a MY01 AP1 with 99,000 miles. Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Matt H.

The LSD will make some noise that you feel and here when their broke. You will here/feel this when in low speed turns if the car is not engaged in gear. It is a thump or clunking feeling as you go through the turn.
