CLUTCH
hey guys, yesterday i let my dad drive my car to work. when he got back i drove my car to my friends house to install my new invidia exhaust. my clutch wasn't engaging correctly.... when you step on the clutch the first half way is so loose and engages so low. i can't put it in gears i litterally have to keep flooring the clutch pedal down until it finally engages. especially in town it's really embarassing. so anyone who have this type of trouble before or know a thread to my question please help me, i've tried the search button before and it doesn't help.
sounds like your pressure plate maybe or your clutch is going bad !.... and noo tranny oil will not fixx it nor will your syncros that is all inside the trans casing and wont affect the pedal feel!

Congratulations on your ability to ignore the clueless speculation in this thread. In spite of all the "help" offered here, you did the obvious and solved the problem.
I'd recommend that you check to see if the carpet under the clutch pedal is wet with brake fluid. There's usually a reason when hydraulic systems need to be bled...
