Default CLUTCH HELP PLEASE!

so i messed up my tranny 2 weeks ago and finally got a new one and a new friction plate and got it all back installed lastnight but when i went to start the car i noticed teh clutch pedal was very weak and sloppy and the car would not start nowand i went underneath the car and notice the clutch fork had little play... so im not really sure what is going on? is there a problem in the instal that is causing this u think or is it as simple as bleeding the clutch slave cyl. line. the slave cylander does move but not nearly enough to alow the clutch sensor to depress so i can start.. i believe... im at work and trying to get this thing started any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

i'm thinking somehow the clutch fork is not on the bearing but wedged between the bearing and the tranny and or CP cause i can't remove the clutch fork....so unless i can pull it out with some leverage im gonna re-pull the tranny apart and see if thats it...anyone game for a tranny day...LOL
