Default Clutch grabbing high

Search function not working for me.
I only have 5k miles and the clutch is engaging really high in the pedal travel. I barely have to depress it to disengage and shift. I can rev match shifts without even using the clutch very easily in some gears (not a common practice, just a point).
Now, I have had about four track days and a couple of mountain drives, but I'm a pretty conservative driver, no launches, deliberate abuse, etc.
Is my clutch fried already? Is it adjustable? Should I flush the fluid? Could it be the '04 clutch valve? Something else? Before I take it to the dealer and they claim normal wear and tear, wanted to get some input from the local experts here.

Thanks

Mine has a relatively late release as well. Now, if the car has gotten progressively worse, then there could be a problem. However, mine has released late from day one and still holds like a champ. I bought the car I had before my S brand new and it ALWAYS had a late release....that was just one of the traits of the car. So I am not too worried about mine.;

The clutch pedal is adjustable. You can lower the engagement point by shortening the length of the pushrod that connects the pedal to the master cylinder. The pushrod is easily adjustable, as it is 2 threaded pieces with a locknut. You can also raise or lower the pedal by adjusting the bump stop / clutch switch.
