Clutch Line replacement
So I was changing my MTF earlier today (first time btw, piece of cake thanks to this site
)and realized my clutch line hose is cracking.

Not the clearest but i circled it. I read the stainless steel ones are the to go ones instead of the normal rubber ones, so which ones do you guys recommend ?
I plan to change my rear differential fluid next weekend so I can do the clutch line job at the same time since I'll have it up in the air.
Also what diff fluid is best recommended ?

I don't think that damage in photo (though, it's hard to tell, 100%) --- is due to normal aging. It looks like someone or something may have damaged it, at one time. I guess it would not hurt to replace with a stainless steel line. PROVIDED it is well built and flexes are well as the OEM one.

hmmm, ok. I'll try to get a better picture next time i have in the air. The SS ones are expensive tho and i couldn't find out the part number to OEM to compare the prices

Wasnt expecting a new feel. Just better life. If OEM last long might as well go that route and save money. If in the future i come across this issue again ill try the SS
