after a track day,

i now feel a pretty strong vibration in the clutch when i rest my foot lightly on the pedal(right before it gets hard to press down), is this normal? i dont think it was there before.

its an ap1 with SOS sport clutch/ap1 flywheel(~20k miles)

other then that the car drives fine/ no slipping or any other signs

Sounds like throw-out bearing. Is it a stock Honda OEM item or aftermarket?

 

it is OEM,

if it is the throw out bearing, can it cause other issues if i continue to drive the car or does it require attention ASAP?
