Issue: When i start from a stop, there is a shuttering, rattling. It is either coming from the tranny or the driveshaft.

I checked the driveshaft, and the lines were not aligned. I took off the driveshaft and re-aligned the lines and put it back on.

Previously, i replaced my clutch master and slave cylinder. (I couldnt engage the clutch at all and the master was leaking)

However, when i start from a stop regardless of the gear, or downshift into second; i can feel a shutter. It is really bad with reverse.

Anyone have any ideas?
It is not the inner cv joints, though i do have that issue as well. I am putting spacers in this weekend.
